Battery giant CATL has introduced three highly disruptive battery products. The second-generation Shenxing ultra-fast charging battery is considered the world's first lithium iron phosphate battery with a peak rate of 12C and an 800km pure electric range. It can charge 75km in 30 seconds, and in -10°C low temperatures, charging 10%–80% of the SOC takes only 15 minutes, completely eliminating users' charging anxiety. The Naxin Battery also performs excellently, with a cell energy density of 175Wh/kg, maintaining 90% energy even in extreme -40°C conditions. It offers a pure electric range of over 500km and hybrid range of over 200km, a cycle life of over 10,000 cycles, and support for peak 5C fast charging, making it highly competitive in the new energy battery sector. The Xiaoyao dual-core battery achieves redundancy in high-voltage and low-voltage power supply through innovative collaboration between two "independent energy zones," and can intelligently adjust energy allocation strategies through "electric range extender" technology, offering four dual-core solutions: sodium + anode and lithium iron phosphate + anode design, opening new paths for energy solutions for new energy vehicles.
Wuling Industrial brought many innovative exhibits. Wuling Industrial showcased three core technologies: the T-shaped electric drive axle, highly integrated electronic control system, and next-generation electric drive axle products, highlighting its full-industry chain layout and robust strength in the chassis module field. Compared to similar products, it reduces weight by over 6%, improves efficiency by 1.5%, and lowers noise by about 5 decibels. In terms of body systems, leveraging ultra-high-strength steel tube thermal expansion forming technology, the A-pillar upper section reinforces the pipe assembly, balancing safety and lightweight design, meeting the 25% offset collision safety requirement, and demonstrating Wuling Industrial's technical strength and innovative achievements in the automotive parts field.
