Hope Tech Opens Shenzhen–Foshan Commercial Vehicle Safety Manufacturing Base as APEC Comes to Shenzhen
1027

The 33rd APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting will be held in Shenzhen on November 18–19, 2026, under the theme “Building an Asia-Pacific Community and Promoting Common Prosperity.” Hope Tech, a company focused on driving safety equipment for medium- and large-sized commercial vehicles, has announced that during APEC week it will open its Shenzhen R&D center and Foshan smart manufacturing plant to visitors. Logistics fleets, passenger transport companies and industry partners from China and abroad are invited to visit.

Hope Tech’s products are built for trucks, buses, logistics fleets and long vehicles. They combine ADAS (forward collision, lane departure and pedestrian collision warnings) with DMS driver monitoring (fatigue, smoking and phone use detection), giving truck and logistics fleets real-time, cloud-based safety management. Systems can be customized with up to eight channels, 360° surround view and blind-spot detection. They are designed for articulated buses, container trucks, fire trucks and other large vehicles, with waterproofing up to IP69. AI detection of pedestrians, vehicles and obstacles, plus radar-linked alerts, helps modern fleets address blind-spot risks before they become incidents.

“R&D in Shenzhen + manufacturing in Foshan” is Hope Tech’s core setup for serving the Asia-Pacific commercial vehicle market. Shenzhen, making the most of APEC’s focus on openness, innovation and cooperation, handles AI algorithm updates and system integration. Foshan, drawing on its auto electronics manufacturing cluster, handles full quality control—from SMT placement and lens assembly to complete-unit burn-in testing. Visitors will see how safety equipment is made for tough commercial vehicle conditions such as high heat, strong vibration and long operating hours.

A company executive said APEC’s China host year opens a key channel for Bay Area commercial vehicle safety manufacturing to connect with Asia-Pacific fleet customers and real-world operating scenarios. Booking is open now. Visitors are invited to Shenzhen and Foshan to see the manufacturing strength behind safety equipment for medium- and large-sized vehicles.
